about-us

About Us

R elationships are the fabric of life. At Generations Counseling, we believe growth happens in the context of safe and caring relationships.  Each of our counselors has a passionate interest in relational and family dynamics, emphasizing individual issues of stress, anxiety, anger, and depression that contribute to relational difficulties.  We are committed to assisting you in developing relational skills and growth that will enable you to change old patterns of behavior and begin to develop new ones that will promote healthy connection.

In our sessions, we will focus on collaboratively setting goals, developing self-awareness, and applying what is learned to your important relationships.  The story of our lives provides a framework within which we choose to work in therapy and in leading groups. We have experience with individuals as well as couples struggling with a variety of issues including relationship, family/parenting, emotional and stress-related issues.

We are currently developing seminars and groups designed to identify and eliminate threats to intimacy in relationships as well as to facilitate personal growth.
