Rae comes to counseling with the first hand knowledge that asking for help and support in times of sorrow and brokenness can be a huge first step towards healing and hope.

Her areas of interest include but are not limited to clients with LGBTQ+ loved ones who are navigating distress and loss in family relationships, clients affected by divorce, and clients struggling with ambiguity, loss, and the weightiness of life.

Rae has four adult children and a middle schooler, as well as two grandchildren. She also has a decade of experience in the elementary and middle school setting and has enjoyed working in restaurant hospitality. Rae is an intern in the Masters of Arts in Counseling program of Covenant Theological Seminary.
