Dondra received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked in the counseling/coaching field for 15+ years. Dondra is trained in EFT therapy for couples, which is focused on identifying underlying patterns of conflict in order to find new ways of relating and connecting. She is eager to serve individuals in healing from dysfunctional relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is also trained in EMDR.

Dondra has served in Christian ministry for over 20 years. She is happily married with three children. As a therapist, Dondra strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for helping clients understand underlying patterns of disruption and disconnection so they can experience lasting change. Dondra counsels individuals, couples, and families at the Cottleville office. Dondra is currently taking UHC insurance for individual sessions only.
